ImageTile Inc. has developed a new tile that allows for any image / photo to be Laser Marked into the glaze of the tile. 18 months of R&D was spent developing this tile. There is currently three colors of tile: White for photo quality black & White Images, Earthtone (2) is a light brown with a shade of brass and Copper Green (3). Copper Green is the color of coroded Copper and it laser marks in a copper color. Included with the company are 1 laser marking system with custom laser marking software developed to create the individual tile images for large murals. We currently purchase raw bisque from DalTile and we have a source in Minneapolis that mixes our proprietary glazes and fires the tiles at 2000 degrees F. Once fired we laser mark the tiles in-house. The current laser we have can laser mark 2 sqr-ft/hour. ImageTile, Inc. is currently looking for partners to invest the required capital in order to market this new tile or the business can be sold outright.
