This ownership is for the parent company (the ''franchisor'') of a national haircutting franchise - this listing is not for a franchised location. This is an opportunity to invest in a recession-resistant business with guaranteed revenues. The company has 25 locations open in 11 states and projects an additional 30 more opening in 2009. This equity stake is 100% passive - NO work is required and NO knowledge of haircutting is needed. Over the past 2 years, the company’s revenues have tripled and are expected to double again in 2009 to $3.5 million. The company had net income of $109,000 in 2008 and is growing quickly ($900,000 projected in 2009). The company is based in Texas, but owners may reside anywhere.
