2. An HR software program with a very unique internet technology Its unique technology offers a web interface, but runs on a Windows computer, and requires no web server! It is a mid-range recruiting management system that would be an ideal addition to other software programs that would benefit from such a system. Examples would include public employee systems, medical, financial industry, education, etc. We are looking for a price in the $1m range.

3. Using a similar technology to firm #2, this product is a web based vehicle inventory system suitable for car dealers, motorcycle, marine, RV, and aircraft firms. It has a lot of market potential, and offers a tremendous ROI for the buyer. This firm comes with a sales team relationship that can either be kept in place, or terminated in short order. This firm is incorporated in Nevada, and is available in the $750k range.
