Our business for sale provides vending services to over 100 businesses, from almost 400 machines. The majority of our customers are within the Wasatch Front and we continually add new customers. As our competitors increase prices, we have increased efficiency. Getting new accounts has never been easier, as our competition increase prices or go out of business. We have also grown by buying out competitors to increase our customer base. Sale includes machines on locations and warehouse, delivery trucks, spare parts, office furniture, website with email, phone numbers, supplies and office equipment.

We are one of the largest vending companies in Utah or the US. Sales are lower due to the economy, but profits are still high. When the economy bounces back, we expect a 40% increase in gross sales without adding any customers or making any improvements. One of the owners is completely absentee and the other owner is experiencing worsening health problems due to normal aging. If not for this, we would retain the business.

The majority of the machines are soda & snack, with a few coffee and cold food machines. We serve some of the largest businesses in Utah for the past several years. We are very systematized which has reduced overhead. Our prices are some of the lowest in the state, so there is room to increase prices to add to revenues, too. We have the ability to handle most all vending operations from within our warehouse, so our costs are lower by not having to outsource repairs, moves, etc. There are three full time employees, including the participating owner (NOT including the absentee owner).

Key personnel will remain after the sale. Also, the owner will provide training for a reasonable time period after the sale, as well as on an 'as-needed' basis for questions that come up later or for advice.
