SPA spa is located at 3 km distance from Gevgelija to the border with Greece, under the mountain Kozuf. Around this spa are ash forests of 22 ha. The exclusivity of this spa is healing two sources to this area ''Hot Spa'' and ''Cold Spa''. The temperature of these sources is 40 or 38 degrees celzius.
This water contains calcium, magnesium, rubidium, cezium, radon and other minerals. In the vicinity of the complex except Strumicki Car Samuil Spa has no natural source of hot mineral water.

Greece is the closest in Stone Vurla which is more than 200km from Thessaloniki . Due to the proximity of most sites are expected to have guests from Greece. The spa complex currently has three hotels: the first hotel ''Ash'' with capacity of 126 people, 6 suites and double and single rooms.
2nd Hotel ''Ilinden'' is the second in quality and has a capacity of 88 beds in double and triple rooms.

3rd Hotel ''Peony'' has 68 beds deployed in the same double and triple rooms.
