Hi everyone, i'm actually selling my shares in a franchise coffee shop business and it's an on-going business since 2005. The shop is located in downtown ho chi minh city and right in the foreigner's area with good return on investment. Actually the shop turnover is around $200K/ year and is profitable but since i've relocated overseas this year for family reasons, i'm selling my 50% shares in this shop which is co-owned with the franchise owner. My asking selling price is $35K and the franchise terms is for a period of 6 years and renewable.
