PROJECT DESCRIPTION: construction of a new marina with related amenities including dry moorings, full service marine repair facility, boatbuilding facilities, boat showroom and marine gear store

PROJECT DURATION: 30 years, return period: 7 years, internal rate of return: 12.62%.

The entrepreneurial project is based on years of research and activities directed towards the strategic development of nautical tourism and boatbuilding in the Primorsko-Goranska County area and strategy implementation through the completion of the Liburnija Nautical Centre project.

At the Liburnija Nautical Centre mariners will be offered a full range of services tailored to the needs of the modern nautical tourist. Such services would include:
Boat lift;
Boat transportation;
Dry moorings;
Wet moorings;
Summer anchorage in the marina;
Maintenance and repair;
Construction of small vessels (boat length: 2.5-24 m);
Marine gear store and new and used boat sales.
