Selling a 27 year old service and installation business including tools,resalable stock, 3 cargo vans with tools enough to equip them. A 24x40 concrete block building W/20x30 lean too addition. Another 16x40 building for offices and/or showroom.

Buyer would be welcome to keep the name as long as needed to establish new name before changing. I would be happy to stay around, answer phone and do shop repairs for a designated period of time or until new owner is known around the communities containing customer base. My health has diminished to the point I cannot handle everything required to own and operate.

This business has done me very well and I have a very substantial customer base. I want to find a young man who is willing to befriend and serve my customers with the politeness and respect that I have for the last 27 years. I did not get this business from anyone, I BUILT IT and I'm proud of it. I do not want a huge price for this business and am willing to work with a potential buyer in all aspects of the transition.
