Hello, my name is Massimiliano, I'm the President Ceo/Owner of a little company called Red Hour Jem LLC, D.B.A. "PiaDora".
My company is looking to expand the business in the next 2 years, we are the first and only Food company that will offer organic and 100% natural Italian food. We already open our first place in Los Angeles, in a famous middle-high level shopping center, we have a 100% ecologic image.
I'm looking to raise the capital for be able to open 10 locations nationwide in the first 2 years.
Our business plan consist in the possibility to sell our franchising (after we open first outlets), we will be able to offer a new fresh exclusive products, that isn't present in the USA market now. We will also be able to offer the unique possibility to buy our franchising together with a great space locations, we have an exclusive contract with nationwide mole company that provide the best locations for our franchaizers.
Franchisers who will choose to work with us will be able to have a real "key in hands" package, we will build the outlet, provide the design, the machines, the organization and functionality, support 24/365 and have already a great right demographic space where to open the place they will buy from us.
We will have our "factory" for produce the products for each location, like this control of our high standard quality and prices will be absolute.
This project is a new food concept for the USA market, after many tests, we are sure of the absolutely quality of our products, together with the great response we had from many people who tasted our food products.
The investment can be made for singular outlet, for all 10 or for the full complex concerning also the factory.
