Hi
I'm selling 7 Real Estate stores strategically located in the Algarve. Serves the medium-high class, mainly non-residents. The company has been expanding, and has a solid reputation.
Aproximately 90% of the costumers are not portuguese residents (foreign costumers, mainly British and Dutch).
The staff has a large experience in real estate and speak Portuguese and English languages.
2008: € 929.367 (until 31 August). Until august of 2008 the company made a total of sales of € 20.552.920 , that makes a average of € 2.570.000 by month (approx.), and is over this value that the commissions are calculated (turnover). The forecast to the last 4 months are about € 9.500.000 of sales, that fits a turnover of € 425.000 (approx.).
