Status: offline 		The Wildestate African Villas is uniquely designed by the Reardon Group in London. Three architectural designs for villas ranging from three to fifteen bedrooms are available to interested parties.
The architectural designs resemble African animals and are uniquely formed as to accentuate the natural environment and surroundings.
Interior décor is placed in the hands of capable African artist that will use handcrafted furniture, tiles etc. Interior decorating will accentuate the preferred architectural design.
Four exquisite game farm areas in Africa are available for villa construction. Interested parties will choose their own location, site and architectural design for their villa to be constructed.
Available locations are:
BAVIAANSKLOOF RESORT SOUTH AFRICA
The Baviaanskloof Resort is ideally situated on one of the main tourism routes in South Africa, the Garden Route.
The game farm consist out of 45 000 acres. The area is set aside for nature conservation purposes and no hunting or camping will be allowed on the premises.
60 African villas will be constructed on this game ranch.

Villa owners will receive the following:
• Free house cleaning service
• 4 x 4 Included
• Fully furnished
• Villa maintenance (fee to be paid per annum)
Kota-Kota RESORT ZAMBIA
The Kota-Kota game park is especially notable for being a private game reserve with the highest number of elephants in Africa.
60 African villas will be constructed on this site overlooking Lake Kariba.
Villa owners will receive the following:
• Free house cleaning service
• 4 x 4 Included
• Fully furnished
• Villa maintenance (fee to be paid per annum)
NDEVU RESORT ZAMBIA
The game ranch consist of 20 000 hectares. The Lelingue River forms the border between this ranch and the Kafue Reserve. The area is not set aside for nature conservation purposes and hunting will be allowed on the premises.
120 African villas will be constructed on this game ranch.

Villa owners will receive the following:
• Free house cleaning service
• 4 x 4 Included
• Fully furnished
• Hunting package
• Villa maintenance (fee to be paid per annum)

I am looking for villas on rent or sale in africa,because i am a business man and my business is also running from africa and i go there 4-5 times in a year for 1,2 or 3 months according to my work.So,it's too expensive to live in hotel.So,i am thinking about to take a villa on rent or sale there.So,It will be more cheapest than hotels.It's quite good for me.Please help me in this case,if anyone from all of you can.
