This is an interactive business development session based on our workshop that deals with every aspect of business development from an action based standpoint rather then just business theories. From the moment you fill out your preliminary business evaluation until the time we begin the session…you will be putting action steps in place to reach a specific business objective (ex: obtaining a partner or financing, increasing sales revenues, managing resources,etc..)
This session deals with the 4 (four) critical area’s of building and sustaining a successful business:
1.PLANNING - Looking at ALL area’s of your current (or proposed) business and logically identifying what’s working and what’s not working.
2.FINANCING - Examining your businesses need for capital and correlating how proper financing and use of it will effect the future of your business. What’s The Right Type of Financing For You – Matching Your Business Plan with A Source of Financing /Credit Actual Credit and Funding Resources.
3.MARKETING - Discussing practical marketing and prospecting solutions that can help you overcome the typical start up or stagnate business problems from a core level and then instituting a system to track the progress of each method.
4.MANAGEMENT -Helping you to create a system for the management of financial, technological and human resources in hard copy so that you can utilize them at any time.
5.BUSINESS PROFILE AND INFORMATION KIT AKA “THE BLUEPRINT” – Will contain the results of your business evaluation with specific recommendations and resources for YOUR business. Will contain as much of the needed start up documents mentioned in part 1 of the workshop as possible (based on your business). Will also have space for taking notes, filling out the required plans and keeping contact information.
