Business opportunity for experienced automotive distributor for new line of gasoline automobiles produced in China. This automotive venture was made possible through the acquisition of Jonway Automobile of China by ZAP of the United States as reported in the automotive press January, 2011. Our flagship model is the A380 line of gasoline SUVs, which are unmatched in the Chinese market for their quality, luxury and value. The A380 is the only Chinese SUV with a complete Mitsubishi drive train. Our ISO9000 certified factory produces what are among the first Chinese automobiles approved for international distribution. Recently we started production of a new multi-purpose van to help expand sales into government and commercial fleets.
