Hi,
I'm Alain from France.
I wonder why you want to sale your business.
If you have a good location and i say a good one.
Why not open a new franchise ?
I'm not in a franchise business myself but i am a pastry chef for several years and i have many ideas about new products. Very easy to make and to sale, french products and american products together can make a killing.
Two of my deserts are more than 200 years old.
