You should contact as many business brokers as possible and also look at websites such as mine which have businesses for sale as well as investor profiles. Currently the website is free but it will only remain so for a very short period of time. After that, there will be a small fee to post a business for sale. Even though you are not selling the entire business, you are selling part of it. Register on my website www.thebusinessplace.com, create a business for sale profile, put as much description as possible identifying what you are looking for. That way, hopefully, you only receive qualified leads who respond to your listing.
