Status: offline 		I recently sold part of my business to one of my suppliers to which I owed money. Another supplier is not happy that I did that and threatening to sue me for preferential treatment, because I didn't pay their bill as well. I did not make enough from the sale to do that and have told them I will pay them, but it will take longer than expected.

Any advice would be appreciated.
