I am writing to let you know that we have a huge business opprtunity here in Bangladesh. The government of Bangladesh will going to give the call center License in the private sector.
We are a bunch of technical guys trying to get into this business.
We have the technical knowledge to set up a HCCSP (Hosted Call Center Service Provider) Center, through which the HCC (Hosted Call Center) operators will communicate with the offshore clients. The connectivity to the clients will be through IPLC, which is preety much costly.
The plan is to set up a Blended (inbound & outbound) HCCSP which will handle
International Calls from various companies. The main target of the company is to establish a HCCSP (Hosted Call Center Service Provider) to provide support to the Hosted Call Centers through out the country.
I am also pleased to let you know, that the company is also planning
to provide a cost effective call center solution for the Call Center Operators in the Local Bangladeshi Market. We have studied the Local Market and we want to Tagged with a company who has a good portfolio and work experience in this field.
