Came across this great new association that I'd like to share...
The Institute of Professional Business Buyer Advisors is the only trade association that focuses on the buying and merging of small and midsize businesses (SMB) - from the perspective of the buyer.
The IPBBA multi-disciplinary membership comprises independent professional service practitioners and other service providers who serve buyers of small or midsize businesses. Such as accountants, attorneys, business acquisition consultants, estate planners, financial advisors, source(s) of financing and valuators of business assets and/or business enterprises.
