Self-Sustainability – Leverage - Longevity
Investor wanted for real estate and restaurant. We are seeking 1.2 million for a 30% ROI in 2 Years for purchase and to successfully open a restaurant, cafe and lounge in the Greater Toronto Area.
Part of the investment is secured by Real Estate, 10 Acres of land with a 3000 sq foot commercial unit and 3 bedroom home. Finances will be used wisely, to increase value of the property and decrease expenses for the restaurant.
Our concept is built upon the growth in the popularity of consumer’s demand for more health conscious foods and a more self-sustaining lifestyle. Our mission is to provide a balance of foods, beverage and atmosphere, while using a simple approach that will promote local product and the diverse culture in the Region. Located 10 minutes outside city limits, the restaurant will not only provide accessible and affordable high quality food, loose tea and coffee-based products, and entertainment to the thousands of residents and travelers within a 60km radius, we will also use the land to grow as much of the produce requirements as possible. In time, we will establish itself as a "destination" of choice to the many residents of the Region, as well as numerous out-of-town visitors.
Our aim is simple. It will provide a completely sophisticated, sensual, yet casual dining and/or cafe experience for the many residents and visitors who frequent the region’s casual dining spots and entertainment venues. It will be an affordable venture for patrons, one that will encourage them to return on many occasions. The menu will feature healthy, hearty fare of the type that is frequently not accessible in the area as restaurants have not made the transition to feature vegan, gluten-free, free range and organic products that clientele seek out when looking for dining options.
