Investor wanted for building new bungalow camp in Bulgaria.The camp will produce its own energy with small VAWTs and solar panels, will collect rainwater to be used.LPG system will deliver the required energy for water heating.Bungalows will be for 3 or 4 person occupancy, with built up area of around 25 to 30 sq m each.Self contained with caravan type sink/hob/fridge units. Land in possession. Also plots of land owned for creating fields of fast growing hybrid willows and poplars ( or paulownia ),for producing logs or building timber. Eventual future timber factory. 100 -150K ( EUR, USD) needed.
