Status: offline 		Looking to buy a family owned for 32 years car/home audio business owner wants 850k it has 450k-500k worth of inventory doesnt want to sale the land building is almost 5000sqft he wants 5500mth lease he will finance with 250k down.

Status: offline 		I work for banks and myself and do "due diligence" on multiple retail, food and service types of businesses and have owned my own businesses and operated them for over 35 years. Here is my thought; I am not in love with the business model, the economy concerns me with this type of business, also the family name is entrenched, so I am also concerned on public perception of new ownership, and usually I never appreciate a business purchased without real estate that has a pay back of over 24 months. Just my thoughts......
