I just have a couple questions that hopefully, someone will be able to give me some insight on.

I want to open my own photography business.

I will be applying for a Business Loan through SBA or the like..

What I would like is a home based business that I can run from the first floor of my primary residence.

I am trying to figure out if it would be better for me to BUY an existing business or BUY a home (where I would like to run my business) & apply for a permit to run my business from the house.

I am not sure who to reach out to regarding what I am looking for as far as real estate agents go.

I need a ballpark for my business plan.

I appreciate any and all advice.

Thanks!

Hi dear
Well in my opinion it is better to start your own business instead of buying someone else' business. If you can get a permission letter to open your business in residential area & that is not so far from market then it will be better to start with in your residency.

Hi, According to me it will better for to purchase a home and start your photography business from this house. For this you have to take permission from an authority as you are running your business in residential area. It doesn’t matter that where your office is? you only required good contacts that will bring you potential costumer.
