Seeking for Angel Investors / Investors / Shareholders and/or Partners to fund further development of our project.
Chalet & Bamboo Co., Ltd has been working for 2 years developing its project. Our project has been approved by B.O.I (Board of Investment in Thailand). Therefore, our company has been registered as Thai company with 100% Foreign Investment.
We have developed new bamboo products, design prefab-housing in Bamboo, set up eco-friendly technology to treat bamboo, set up a treatment capacity, a sanding capacity etc.
We also propose range of activities and services (renovation, refurbishing etc..) targeting local market.
We are located straight on the high-traffic road just 7km from Chiang Mai Airport, on a property (15 years lease renewable) of 6 rai (approx. 1 hectare) of land including various buildings, offices, showroom building, house, rooms for staff and several workshop buildings.
A bilingual website, blogs, social networks have been created.
Now we are at a critical point, where we need funds in order to launch our products on the market, including prototyping, exhibition, marketing etc…
Fund needed ranges from 1.5 million THB to 2 million THB (750,000 THB urgently needed).
(Equivalent of from €37,500€ to €50,000 – urgently €18,750)
Interested Investors or Partners may also propose other activities to diversify and use this opportunities.
Bigger Investors are also welcome, as we do have an urge development potential
