We are an expanding TOURS BUSINESS operating worldwide and local tours from Australia, Newe Zealand and the United Kingdom.After 42 years in the tourism industry we have learned a thing or two about staying in business and are seeking opportunities to grow and expand our operations. Constantly on the lookout for underperforming businesses even those that had a good trading history but fell into receivership or administration but had a solid database or other intangible asset enabled us to buy distressed companies, recapitalise them and give them new life, Those companies are now performing extremely well and we are always looking turnaround investments.
There are opportunities all over the world and we cannot and will not buy everything but we will pick the very best that are available.
We welcome small investors to join us as shareholders in any of these new stand alone companies. We generally spend less than $100,000 on any single company and welcome small investors to join us.. There are shares available in multiples of $5000 for smart small investors and we will pay a 10% annual dividend and have a 2 year exit strategy with capital gains.
