A UK TOUR OPERATOR looking to expand by acquisition of bolt on businesses is seeking small investors in multiples of $5000 to provide funds to buy targets, provide additional working capital till new ventures are able to stand alone, possible debt financing for plant and equipment up to 50% of valuation. Investors will receive a 10% annual dividend with an exit strategy after 2 years.
There are many good opportunities available to grow each company. Minimal 'hurt money' to be invested as all targets are under $100,000 each. Up to $1,000,000 would establish 12 buyouts in 12 locations in the UK and additional revenues of around $2,500,000
