I have two products with sales history.
I have exclusive rights for North and South America and Europe.

I do not want to sell this business.
I offer 12% interest on a 3 year, interest only, loan secured by tooling and molds.
Additional security in the form of finished product.
I offer equity kicker. 18 months to convert loan to equity. (gives time to have a good look)
I am looking for a $250,000 12%, 3 year term loan with an equity kicker. (Convertible Loan)
