Status: offline 		We are a very small, two family, LLC, and the developers of Manatee Bay Waterski Park located in Belize, Central America. Our company is based in the Denver area and we’re looking for a real estate angel investor, small group of investors, or venture partner who can understand the value of a tropical water sports development such as Manatee Bay and is willing to take a little risk in funding our project for a negotiated percentage of the net profits from sales of lots after construction is complete. We are not looking for a loan, or debt equity, or private placement, but we are looking for an angel investor, venture partner or small group of investors willing to fund our project.

Our company was formed for the explicit purpose of developing a simple vacation and retirement community specifically designed for those who want to live or vacation in a warm climate with year-round access to tropical water sports activities such as waterskiing, scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, adventure hiking, and exploring Mayan ruins. We have purchased and own the project site outright and are seeking a minimum of $750,000 in construction funding to complete the Phase I portion of the project, or complete project funding in the amount of $2.5 million.

Basically all about use that water sports Subdivision of Belize use for some of people. These sports of interesting young and child wood people.

Status: offline 		Foreigners Non- Nationals of Belize may purchase and hold title to land that is less than half an acre in towns or cities. Up to ten acres in outside areas.
The applicant for a license must submit to the Minister a PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT with respect to the specific parcel of land which he or she proposes to acquire.
In the case of land which already is developed, a license will be required but there will be no development obligation under this license.
Land can be leased from the Government of Belize with an option to buy if the planned development indicated at the time of the application is carried out. Land in general has a (1%) tax on the unimproved value of the land.
