Status: offline 		One of the biggest mistakes a start up buiness does is hire full time employees right off the bat. Go online and to hire temp workers on an as needed basis. You can always hire them full time if the worker works out.

The best place I know of finding a temp worker is http://www.POSTaNEED.com . Just post what type of worker you need and people that reply can send you a profile of how they can help you...

Plus you can use temp workers to cut down costs even when your company becomes larger.
