I currently have a business(babblenow.com) that is over 80% made, this is a hybrid site that consists of the following..
penny auction bids
classifieds
web cam auction (user will have the option to toggle webcam on/off) ...under construction
also comes with other registered domains;

ive spent around 5k on the site including the theme design intergration..front end and back end.
Unfortunatly its too expensive for me to finish, this would be a perfect buy for a programmer/business man wishing to start a business with potential, if you have the money to finish this project (including debugging and adding the web cam features), i think its a great niche site...its not just a run of the mill bid site, the USER can sell on this site and sell as buy (on all other "penny bid" sites, only manufactures etc can sell.), and if the option of web camming while the auction is one completed, i think thats the clincher!
