Status: offline 		Project of Luxury Villas on eco centered Island is available for partnership or of complete acquisition. It is a complete Real Estate project with a model Villa constructed and could be a prospective venture for Eco-tourism based hotels. It is an eco-investment with a good ROI. To continue the green project with new ideas in a real partnership or sell our entire green project to someone who has the profession and the spirit to handle it. In any case it is an outstanding challenge and interesting eco investment for creative minds and nature lovers all over the world.
Project worth for best investment that could give a partnership with good ROI or complete acquisition. Best option for Eco-tourism with eco-friendly hotels........
Investment criteria is of 50% partnership or 25% or else of complete sale.
4.9M$ is for 50% partnership with right to be on board of directors by voting. or else of +9M$ for complete sale.

Status: offline 		In Canada all business brokers are required to have a real estate license to list and sell businesses. In the United States, however, at the time of this writing only 17 states require people to obtain a real estate license to legally start and operate a business brokerage.
