Status: offline 		I am a product developer/Inventor/Entrepreneur... I have 25 years of advance experience across 14 Industries...

I have two current opportunities (That are both just at the tail end of the Friends and Family Stage)...

First: This year I purchased the all the global franchising/expansion rights to cupcake sushi: www.cupcakesushi.com ... I am looking for JV Partner/Investors to help develop specific counties, regions, states or countries. The JV Partner /Investor can be active partner or non active partner depending on the amount of ROI (they are seeking)... We are seeking min of 15k to 1.5 million depending on the territory the JV Partner/Investor want to co-develop... We are currently partnering with 10 Las Vegas Casinos... I took on approximately 9 million in debt so far in 2016 for this project.

Second: I recently signed a contract to purchase a ground breaking wireless technology... This means I am acquiring a company plus I have some of my own wireless technology I am adding... I also acquired an issued patent for wearable wireless technology. So we (a team of 15 people) are integrating several wireless technologies and plan to file 8 to 20 patents for wireless home products. We currently have about 16 products that will be in the market within 24 months. We have the worlds first wireless surround sound system that won a top award at CES in 2016. We are looking for small partners of 150k plus or 15k for a small fractional share... About 5-10 of our products will be in major distribution in 2017... I have taken on approximately 15 million in debt from this porject in 2016. We plan to compete in many wireless markets such head phones, gaming headsets, home automation, wireless security and many other wireless markets I cant discuss yet...
