hi all,
we are looking to sell our furniture manufacturing/retailer business located in North Cyprus. We have two shops running successfully, on the busy main roads and ( one is 550sqm other one is 300 sqm ) and 600 sqm factory and warehouse. We make wood furniture and sofas. Our website is up and running, great source for our business, also recommendation and many repeat customers. All shop/factory premises are on lease at affordable prices compared to their spot on locations. We will include our 3 bedroom apartment-freehold, fully furnished with our high quality made furniture, 2 private cars and 2 company vans. Our company is fully legal, all workers have valid permits, all paperwork is by the books. We have a very good name on the island (north part)
The reason we want to sell is possibly to relocate. But we will be here to support the new owners.
