I am trying to get a Lazer Tag and Arcade up and running in Crystal Lake IL. I have already purchased all the lazer tag equipment, negotiated the arcade lease terms, and negotiated the lease on the space for it. The space was previously a Lazer tag for 19 years and closed roughly a year ago due to a divorce. The space is still setup to house a lazer tag. I am looking for a partner/cosigner on the lease. This person could be a silent hands off partner. In turn this partner would receive a portion of the profits. There is no $$ investment needed to get this up and running but some $$ investment could speed up the expansion of the arcade size or potentially at a Indoor black light mini golf.
There is very little for kids 12-18 to do in this area. there is a population of roughly 146,000 within 5 miles of this site.
