Hi all,
I am opening a boutique store at a retail center in Sandton, Johannnesburg( South Africa) just before the 2010 worldcup.
Sandton represents one of the highest socioeconomic profiles in the country with mainly LSM 10+ residents.As is growing at 4% per annum.
I am looking for a serious investor who can invest in the start up of the boutique store in Sandton that specializes on woman apparel.
I would like to offer the potential investor an equity stake or loan arrangement. Full information can be supplied to serious investors.
