One wonderful resource that I refer clients to is SCORE.org. They're templates are just as thorough as many of the business planning products out there, but simpler. And best of all, it's free!

If you need help with Business plans and projections for banks and investors, I can do these for almost any franchise concept. With or without your outline, I will address all issues they require. I see many people whose plans are rejected for simple errors in presentation that could have been easily forseen. Why go though the disappointment when you can do it right the first time around?

Apart from the security about your personal data's, files or information, one needs proper assessment of future requirements and market development. Business analysis is a regular exercise that is must to modify the existing plans. Many companies seek the help of external ‘fintel’ like companies dealing business analytics.

The simplest way to write a business plan is just to dive in and learn while you're writing. A lot of people work off of a sample, which is what I did with 2 of my five businesses. Do you're research, but the sample resources are available and are relatively cheap.

I came across a company called My Essential Plans (not an endorsement... more of the opposite) that charges 4-5 thousand dollars for the business plan. I'm telling you, do the research and write it yourself. It will payoff in the long run.

I also recommend getting a sample from a site like ecommercebusinessplan.net or businessmarketingplan.us.

The simpliest way to write a business plan is to consider what is important to you. Financials, sales, marketing goals? What about staffing and administrative areas such as policies and procedures, HR, legal and more. It takes a lot of time to write a great business plan. Allocate enough time to do this and don't shortcut the process.

If you want more information on writing business plans let me know.
