Good Day,
I am looking for a business partner to move my venture to the next level.
The facility will host a world-class Visitors Centre [Platinum LEED] accompanying Canada's most powerful telescope.
It will be unique, hosting the largest dedicated visitor telescopes in the world - 36".
The site is located some 3 hours east of Toronto, with natural night skies i.e. zero light pollution,
and has access to 20 million people with 5-hours drive.
A builder is willing to finance the Visitors Centre and site development.
There is a detailed 90-page business plan with 4-years of research behind it.
The project has a Planet View [mobile] app that will double [or more] the revenue stream.
A Market and Financial Feasibility study has been completed.
A 3D rendering of the Visitors Centre and site layout is in preparation, expected completion mid-July.
