Our company is based in the Denver area and we’re looking for a real estate angel investor, small group of investors, or venture partner who can understand the value of a tropical water sports development such as Manatee Bay and is willing to take a little risk in funding our project for a negotiated percentage of the net profits from sales of lots after construction is complete. We are not looking for a loan, or debt equity, or private placement, but we are looking for an angel investor, venture partner or small group of investors willing to fund our project.[/size][/font]
