Does anybody out there feel that the Owner or Operating Management is the responsible party most of the time when a business fails or becomes distressed? They are inflexible, noncreative, to slow to move and innovate, and not on top of their game, unwilling to listen to employees, vendors, and other people that could make all the difference in the world. They are unwilling to educate themselves on an ongoing basis or hire top notch consultants (in order to save money!!!). Not realizing that saving the company is more important than saving pennies!! email me bizallchamps@gmail.com
