Dear Paul !

I have an offshore development facility in Asia for software development and have experience programmers. I would like to make a joint venture with any company or person to join hand with us. We have marketing person who can market the products and technical support but we will remain online. So, if you interested to make venture with us. We have several clients, who are willing to work with us. But i have no representative or partner in US market.
