Your role is contact real estate brokers, estate agents, property listings and so on to find a selection of properties from which the customer can choose which one they want to buy or rent. You will probably have to visit a few of the properties to identify which ones match the customers requirement most closely.
We set up your e-mail address at Farthingtons, and we supply you with a CD containing our Confidential Agent Handbook which guides you step by step through all the procedures involved in being one of our Relocation Consultants. Information sheets for customers, letterheads, business cards, forms and advertisement layouts are all supplied, so you can print almost everything on your home computer.
Farthingtons is easily run from home. All you need is space to work, a computer and a telephone. The beauty of this is that the Farthingtons business fits comfortably around your existing family and work commitments.
We will supply the majority of your customers for you although you should try build a local client base as well as this will increase the opportunities for you to earn income.
We will supply full details when you request further information. However, you should expect to earn a minimum of $1,875 every time one of your customers buys a property. And remember, we will supply you with most of your customers.
For a total outlay of $375 you can be in business within a week and look forward to dealing with your first customer!
