Casual style restaurant for sale, offering American cuisine (pizza, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, steaks and wings). Located in Wildwood, Mo. We offer an established clientelle for both our dining and bar areas. Initially opened in 2000 in Fenton, Mo, we moved to our present location in 2006. The business is located in a freestanding Historic Landmark building known previously for the restaurants and hotel it housed. There is ample parking with access to additional parking in the evenings. Guests can dine in our main dining room, our bar area, the patio (seasonal) or they may reserve our party/banquet room with seating for 35-40 people. Seating capacity per our rating is 200 for the building with an additional 40 seats on the patio.
There is a 10 year lease (we are in the third year) in place with 2-5 year options available. Lease terms are very favorable with increases based on current CPI. Transfer of lease upon landlords qualification and approval.

Competition - The restaurant is located just west of Wildwood Town Center shopping district and is included in the Old Town Redevelopment Area. Our competition are like styled restaurants (Indigo Joe's, Brick House, Stone Wolf) opened within the previous 12 months.
Growth/Expansion - Enclosing the patio and/or adding a fireplace would add to the outdoor areas appeal and extend the time of use. Delivery added as a full time option would increase overall numbers.
