Owner has conflicting interests with his energy consulting company and his other company that has assets of oil PRODUCING wells plus a large reservoir of untapped land full of oil. Current production is producing an expanding $666,271.10 per year (March of 2008 - March of 2009 Figures) Total land is +2,000 acres, 5 productive wells, dozens of reworks candidates that are already drilled, miles and miles of roads and pipe, and 2 different taps. This well was drilled roughly 50 years ago and has been leaking for years. The service company has several customers, all marketing materials, database of all well owners and operators in 5 states, radial jetting distributorship (with a fistful of leads), all geophysical and well data including (seismic, frac charts, logs, camera videos, fracture maps), etc, etc. Company has all the crew(s) and management can be provided if needed.
