We operate in a total of sixteen cities in Southwestern Ontario (Canada). We service the exterior building construction industry by every type of roofing services and sheet metal projects such as soffit, fascia, seamless eavestrough, chimney flashing, other custom flashing, cladding, etc.

We have been in business for 17 years, serving the residential and commercial sectors. We are in progress of expanding our corporation throughout Canada by franchising. The franchise fee is $35,000 and it's for a total of 5 (five) years, renewable. New franchisees should have a working capital of at least $180,000.

Included in the cost of a franchise is the following:
* 3 week training program in the London, ON, Training Centre
* a store opening assistant to assist the opening of the new All Pro store (for a maximum period of 5 business days)
* the use of all the All Pro Manuals
* right to use trademarks and trade names

The specific cost of an All Pro license will depend upon what area the All Pro licensee will be operating, i.e. population density. The cost of an All Pro license may exceed $35,000 in certain locations of Canada.

Not included in the cost of the franchise:
* The operating tools
* All display signage
* The operating vehicles such as trucks, trailers, etc.
* The term of the License agreement is 5 years with option to renew for up to a further period of 5 years.
