The contract opportunity is conservatively valued in excess of $100 million dollars.

Because of the governmental involvement, we will in effect have a major receivable effectively issued by a governmental agency with a great margin that can be discounted for cash.

We have a built in exit strategy on the contract where once it is received, we can then go to a European investment bank that is on standby that wants to come into the deal with us and pick up a piece of the contract.

The cash will be used to set up the closing. Cash comes back at closing plus a 25% cash on cash return.
