This is a USA registered 501(c) international charity with the ability to accept donations from almost every country in the world. Registered in 2007 it has no obligation to file until 2015. We have a DUNS number that allows us to apply for multi million dollar grants to carry out our activities. We have on line donation portals and websites that will be transferred to ne owner. This was almost the last 501(c) registered before the Patriot Act was introduced meaning it is almost impossible now to open a new 501(c). 501(c) means any donations made to the charity can be offset against tax liabilities. Charity has 2 directors 1 UK based and other USA based and due to illness by one of the directors it was felt that our ability is hampered now to develop the charity into a worldwide brand as big as Oxfam or the like. We have therefore agreed to sell the business to any philanthropic person or business who can see the benefits of carry out charity work through our 501(c) 3 International Charity.
