We can accommodate 150 to 200 staff in the premises itself. We have adequate electricity (25kw) and enough place to park our tempos.
The kitchen is well planned for a capacity of 6,000 meals.

Advantages: multistasked staff, instructions are followed as expected, since the staff has been trained from scratch their salaries are not high. Staff can work for long hours and without taking an off if required. We have veg cutting machines, chicken cutting machines which make the tasks of misenplace fast and easy.
