Small Tennessee firm offering professional engineering services in the geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and environmental consulting arenas. Firm also offers in house soil and rock drilling/sampling capabilities.

Firm has worked on numerous small and larger projects over the last 12 years. Many projects have consisted of commercial buildings, offices, hospitals, schools, bridges, roads, residential, water treatment & storage, industrial, and military. Typical services may include:

Geotechnical drilling, laboratory testing of soil samples, and reporting;
Phase I and II environmental site assessments;
Subgrade and foundation evaluations, soil compaction verification, concrete/mortar/grout testing, and Special Inspections.

Owner wishes to pursue non engineering/construction business ventures while staying involved with business in a secondary role. Owner is open to inquiries from companies, individuals, or brokers regarding a sale for all or a portion of company. Owner is not retiring. Asking price includes drill rigs, trucks, equipment and other assets - but will sell without all assets (i.e. drills).

Will also consider sale of just construction testing business alone - with conditions. CMT business exceeded $325k in fees in 2011.

Asking price equals 1 x yearly gross fees + fair market value of big ticket assets (drills, trucks, etc.). Owner financing terms are available.
