I am selling my salon for $60000.00. I will not take less. It has 4 stations and 2 sinks. A laundry/storage area and a break/color bar area. Excellent location. There are lots of other businesses in the building along with a new subdivision/golf course being built up the street that will have 1000 new houses. I have a pedicure spa that is not currently in use, but is part of the package deal. There are hook ups for the spa. I currently employee a receptionist and 2 stylists. Both are very dependable and I believe would want to stay! The lake area is very wealty and the business is sure to be a bigger success than it is now after just a year. I do not have the energy or desire that is needed in continuing running this business. I found out that I was expecting my second baby the month we opened. I want to be home more with my children and running a business is a full time job. The salon will stay fully equiped!
