‘La Grifería’ is a business concept based on a difference service, offering to the customers a nice beer in a nice place.
We make the difference with twelve self service tables made from barrels. The client can serve himself his own beer, and also can enjoy these ‘CAÑAS’ with a complete Spanish menu, including a variety of ‘TAPAS’ and other quality plates. Our aim is to get out of the typical concept of restaurant.
We have been running this business for six years, working the whole year. In summertime, from May to October, of course we get most of the customers and most of the revenues, nevertheless the business is profitable during all seasons.
The business is 620m square, including restaurant, bar and terrace (private use, so we don’t have to pay taxes for the terrace to the City Council). We have all the definitive licenses up to date.
The business is well established and fully equiped, complete kitchen, tableware, freezers, store, dressing room, handicapped persons toilet, alarm, surveillance cameras, satellite tv, Internet, wifi, four tv sets (great football sessions!).
Our business is well known in the island and one of the references in Playa D´embossa. The business is located 50m far from the beach and 200m far from the new Esvive Marina Port. Nearby, there ¡s a residential zone where people lives during the whole year. We are placed 500m far from the well known Disco Space and the Hotel USUHAYA, two of the coolest places in Ibiza and well known worldwide. Very soon a Golf Club is going to be constructed behind the Disco Space. More than 15 nice hotels 3* and 4* are very close to our business, Garbi, Mare Nostrun, Sirenis, Tres Calaberas, Torre del Mar, Usuhaya ect., and only ten minutes from the Historic City Centre. (Dalt Vila - Ibiza).
