Started 23 years ago in the heart of The Thrissur town, equidistant from Railway Station and Bus stand. The institution has at present two stations: the hospital in the town and the Nursing College & School 7 km from town.

The hospital premise has 160 cents of land and the college campus about 6 acres. The hospital has over 100000 sq.ft of built area and the campus about 80000sq.ft. It was the first hospital to start medico-legal section in the private sector north of Kochi and it has paid us great dividends, name and goodwill. We have almost all specialties and super- specialties such as Cosmetic surgery, Neuroscience dept with three specialists, Medical & surgical gastroenterology, Cardiology with two cardiologists, Urology, Vascular surgery, Diabetology, Pulmonology, Neonatology, Nephrology with haemodialysis, and Dept of Infertility.

Hospital has at present 300 beds, about 50 of which are ICU beds.The operation theatre has 5 operating rooms equipped with all modern equipments like C-arm, operating microscopes, laparoscopes, lithotrips, harmonic scalpel, faco machine and many others. There are 5 anesthesiologists working in the OT. The Emergency room at the entrance to the hospital has recently been enlarged and equipped and has 15 beds, one OT and two ICU beds; it is the most modern ER in town. The ultra modern lab is just beside the ER, and is equipped autoanalysers . It has a microbiology section attached to it. The ER has mobile x-ray and ultra sound scan and all resuscitative equipments. There is a Spiral CT scan, Ultrasound scan and color doppler. The cardiology dept has a Cath-lab section where are carried out regular Angiograms and Angioplasties. The Physical medicine dept is the most reputed in Town.
